Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review the cancellation terms below before placing an order.
Preorder Items
Preorder reservations may be canceled before the preorder window closes and production begins.
Once the preorder window has closed and production has commenced, orders may no longer be canceled, modified, or transferred.
If a cancellation request is approved prior to production, any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders for in-stock merchandise may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Custom-Sized Garments
Custom-sized garments, if offered and approved, are created specifically to customer measurements and include custom pricing.
Because these pieces are produced exclusively for the customer, they cannot be canceled, modified, returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
Final Sale Items
Certain products may be designated as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Final Sale items are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Limited-edition accessories
- Zero-waste accessories created from fabric remnants
- Special releases
- Sale merchandise
- Other products identified as Final Sale at checkout
