Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified before the preorder window closes and production begins.
Once production has started, orders can no longer be canceled or changed due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our collections.

Preorders
What does preorder mean?
Our collections are produced in limited quantities through a preorder model. This allows us to create intentionally, reduce excess production, and focus on quality over volume.
How does preorder payment work?
A 50% deposit is collected at the time of preorder to reserve your piece.
The remaining balance will be invoiced prior to shipment.
How long will preorder items take?
Preorder garments are produced within approximately 6–8 weeks.
Can preorder items be returned?
Yes. Preorder items are eligible for return under our standard return policy.
Will sold out pieces be restocked?
Due to the limited nature of our collections and fabric availability, many styles may not be restocked once sold out.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Preorder items ship once production is complete.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days of authorization.
Is there a restocking fee?
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from approved returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error on our end.
Do you offer exchanges?
If there is a sizing issue, exchanges may be accommodated based on inventory availability.

Do you offer custom sizing?
Depending on the design, limited custom sizing accommodations may be available.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your piece, we recommend dry clean only unless otherwise noted.

We work primarily with natural and repurposed textiles, including silk and limited-availability fabrics selected for their quality, movement, and feel.
What makes your collections limited edition?
Each garment is produced in small quantities using carefully sourced textiles.
