Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you feel a sense of ease and confidence in your piece. If for any reason it is not the right fit, we are here to assist.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please complete the return authorization form below. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days of authorization.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:


  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition, with tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Free of fragrance, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, stains, alterations, or other signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This reflects the care and handling involved in processing limited-run garments.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of each piece, exchanges are subject to availability.

If a sizing adjustment is needed, exchanges may be accommodated based on available inventory.

To ensure you receive your preferred size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item once your return has been approved.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:


  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-sized garments

Custom-sized garments, if offered and approved, are individually quoted and produced specifically to your measurements. Because these pieces are created exclusively for the customer, they are final sale, include custom pricing, and are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.
