Preorder Policy
Thank you for supporting intentional, small-batch production.
Our collections are offered through a preorder model, allowing us to produce thoughtfully, minimize excess, and focus on quality over quantity. This approach helps ensure that each piece is created with care rather than mass-produced.
Please review the information below before placing a preorder.
What Is a Preorder?
A preorder allows you to reserve a garment before production is complete.
Rather than producing large quantities in advance, we create limited runs based on customer demand. This helps reduce waste while allowing us to focus on craftsmanship, quality, and responsible production.
Preorder quantities may be limited, and certain fabrics or styles may not be available again once sold out.
Payment Terms
To reserve your piece, a 25% deposit is collected at the time your preorder is placed.
The remaining balance will be charged to the payment method on file prior to shipment. Orders will be shipped once the remaining balance has been successfully processed.
If the remaining balance cannot be processed, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.
If payment is not successfully completed within 14 days of our payment notification, the order may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Production Timeline
Current preorder production timelines are approximately 6–8 weeks from the close of the preorder window.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to material sourcing, manufacturing schedules, quality control processes, or other factors associated with small-batch production.
Should a significant delay occur, customers will be notified by email.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Preorders may be canceled or modified before the preorder window closes and production begins.
Once production has started, orders can no longer be canceled, modified, or transferred.

Shipping
Preorder items ship once production has been completed and all outstanding balances have been satisfied.
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
Preorder purchases are eligible for return under our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error on our part.
If inventory is available, exchanges for sizing may be accommodated.

Custom-sized garments, if offered and approved, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Product Variations
Due to the nature of limited production, artisan processes, and fabric characteristics, slight variations in color, print placement, texture, or finishing details may occur.
These variations are part of the individuality of each garment and are not considered defects.
Availability
Many of the textiles used in our collections are produced in limited quantities or sourced as deadstock materials.
As a result, styles may not be restocked once sold out and future availability cannot be guaranteed.
