Thank you for shopping with Natalie Maharaj. Each piece is designed and prepared with care, and we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience.

Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Processing Times

In-Stock Items

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Preorder Items

Preorder pieces are produced in limited quantities and require additional production time.

Estimated production timelines are listed on each product page and are currently approximately 6–8 weeks from the close of the preorder window.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to the nature of small-batch manufacturing and artisan production processes.

Should any significant delays occur, we will communicate updates promptly.

Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment and tracking information will be provided via email.


Shipping Locations

Orders are shipped from California, USA.

Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping options will be announced in the future.

If you are located outside of these regions and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at hello@nataliemaharaj.com. We are happy to explore international shipping options whenever possible.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and selected shipping method.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.


Signature Confirmation & Shipping Protection

To help ensure the safe delivery of higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Shipments may also be insured during transit at our discretion to protect against loss or damage while in the carrier's possession.


Combined Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

If separate shipment is preferred, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Natalie Maharaj is not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

We are unable to guarantee recovery or replacement of packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly during checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@nataliemaharaj.com. We will do our best to assist before the order ships.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nataliemaharaj.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

For damaged shipments, please retain all original packaging materials and photographs of the package and contents whenever possible.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Natalie Maharaj is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Customers are encouraged to select a secure delivery location.
